Welcome our newest She Brews Board Member! Jeff Faust, SHRM-CP, SWP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience. A graduate of The University of Oklahoma, Jeff has spent his career helping leaders and teams work better together, build stronger workplaces, and navigate change with confidence.
His Human Resources experience includes employee relations and workplace investigations, compensation design, workers’ compensation, EEO reporting, leadership training, coaching, and organizational development. He has supported organizations across various industries, always bringing a practical, people-first approach to complex workplace challenges. Those who know Jeff know he is truly an “HR Nerd”: someone who genuinely enjoys the details of HR while remaining focused on people and relationships.
Jeff has been happily married to Shannon for 27 years. They have two children, Madeleine and Nathaniel, as well as a golden/berne/doodle named Tucker, and a cat named Nala. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys gardening, singing in the choir at First Methodist Tulsa, traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on his children at volleyball and baseball games.
