Pumpkin & Butternut Squash Ravioli 🎃

Ravs are back!!! The cutest green and orange raviolis filled with butternut squash, pumpkin, ricotta, parmigiano reggiano and nutmeg. Tossed in sage brown butter and topped with parmigiano reggiano and cracked pepper. Dough is colored with spinach and roasted red pepper.

Black raspberry gelato swirled with cereal milk topped with fruity pebbles and a black raspberry coulis.

Another Upstate NY specialty is black raspberry soft serve. My local ice cream shop growing up SnoTop makes the best version (also fighting words). Tucson, of course, does not have black raspberries, but I think we nailed the flavor with a perfect combo of blackberries and red raspberries! Can’t wait for you to come enjoy this little taste of my home town!

It’s Upstate NY week at Ceres and we got chicken riggies for you!

A creamy, slightly spicy tomato sauce with sweet peppers, onions, garlic, chicken, and the signature cherry bomb peppers that add a little spice and acidity tossed with pecorino romano and served over our freshly made rigatoni! These may be fightin’ words, but it’s one of the best versions of chicken riggies I’ve ever had 🫢

Arrabbiata 🍅🧄🌶️

This Roman classic is sort of like marinaras spicy cousin! It’s incredibly simple and incredibly delicious!
The sauce contains only 5 ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper, San Marzano tomatoes, and salt.

Topped with pecorino Romano and parsley. Ask for no cheese to make it vegan!

🚨It’s The Chinese Chorizo Project week at Ceres! 🚨

Charred Corn + Chinese Chorizo Radiatore

Semolina radiatore tossed in a sweet and creamy charred corn & lime zest sauce. Topped with more charred corn and Chinese chorizo from The Chinese Chorizo Project scallion cilantro lime drizzle, cotija and house made salsa macha. Spicy and sweet and bright and comforting.

Can be made vegetarian with mushroom Chinese chorizo 🍄

Once a year we get the opportunity to work with Feng-Feng at The Chinese Chorizo Project and create a dish that highlights the storied Chinese chorizo. If you are unfamiliar with the project, check it out!
