It’s hard to imagine the shop without Gabe.
From starting at the shop at just 15 as an intern to becoming such a huge part of everything we do: artist of the month, events, social media, and just the overall vibe, you’ve left your mark in ways that go way beyond coffee.
You’ve always brought creativity into the space, whether it was through your own writing, filming, editing, or collaborating with other artists around Tehachapi. And somehow you still made time to perfect your craft behind the bar (even if we all knew you’d eventually choose a cortado over everything else).
But more than anything, it’s been about the energy you brought. The way you connected with coworkers, regulars, and even random travelers you made people feel welcome, seen, and part of something.
The shop won’t be the same without you, your personality, or your dance parties and honestly, we can already feel it.
Go chase everything you’re meant to do, we already know it’s going to be something great.
