Join us Friday from 5:30–7 PM for a little taste of fall — fall coffee drinks, fresh bakery treats, good coffee and a cozy place to spend the evening.

A tender cinnamon-spiced muffin filled with fresh apple, topped with crunchy pecans and finished with a caramel drizzle.

Our Cummings Family roast is part of our Settler Series — coffees created to honor the families who helped shape the Tehachapi Valley we call home.
This Brazil coffee is a medium-dark roast, naturally processed, with notes of almond, nougat, caramel & malt.
And there’s more than coffee inside this bag. Turn it over and you’ll find a little piece of the Cummings family story and their agricultural roots right here in our valley.

Our new Grab & Go refrigerator has officially arrived at TMCRC!
Pretty empty right now… but not for long. 😉
We’ve been working behind the scenes on some new things for this little fridge — including Grab & Go bottled lattes, sandwiches, breakfast goodies and more.
The goal? Good coffee + good food that you can grab when you’re headed out the door.
And yes… those new Baker Bun sandwiches we’ve been working on? They’ll look pretty darn good sitting in here. 😍
