** Kitchen use is available for $10 extra when reserving the Shelter or Reception Room, if not already reserved. Shelter and room rentals are made on a first-come first-served basis. Payment may be mailed when reservation is made or deposited in the center’s Office box the day of the rental. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL ON COMMUNITY CENTER PREMISES
Renter’s are responsible for:
• Cleaning the shelter or room rented, including bathrooms.
• Removing all trash, including trash in the bathrooms.
• Turning off all lights.
• Turning off all water.
• Cleaning barbecue pit, if used. FAILURE TO CLEAN OR REMOVE TRASH WILL RESULT IN A DEPOSIT FEE BEING CHARGED. with electric and water.
• Building doors will be opened in time for rental for bathroom access.
• Fires may be lighted in barbecue pit only. ROOM INFORMATION:
• Rooms are available for parties, receptions, family reunions etc
• Building doors will be opened prior to rental time unless other arrangements are made. When scheduling permits, renters may make arrangements to decorate room 1 day in advance. The center is not responsible for theft or damage to items left unattended at the center.
• 125 folding chairs and 14 tables are available for indoor use. DINING ROOM & KITCHEN:
Dining Room • Size: 22′ X 34′ (748 sq. Kitchen (located at rear of dining room, is included in dining room rental) • Size: 22′ X 8′ (176 sq. ft.)
• Includes refrigerator, freezer, ovens (2), and microwaves (2). Cancellation Policy:
For shelter rental, cancellation must be made at least 14 days in advance. For room rental, cancellation must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made after specified time require full payment for rental.
