Our classic Roman-style bruschetta starts with bread brushed in olive oil and grilled until dark, crisp, and perfectly charred. Then comes the good stuff—fresh plum tomatoes, garlic, onions, parsley, and basil piled on top. A classic Italian bite, done the Bella’s way. 🇮🇹

Made fresh in-house daily from just semolina and water. Cooked al dente. Sauces made fresh and cooked to order. And yes—our house-made pasta is egg-free and vegan-friendly. 🙌
