⭐ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Executive Chef Andy ⭐

23 years, countless dishes, and a whole lot of memories. Chef Andy has been part of the Water + Flour family for over two decades, and we’re so lucky to have him! His love for cooking started at just 10 years old, watching his mom in the kitchen. He began his restaurant career as a dishwasher, worked his way up to the grill, and eventually joined Water + Flour as a grill man. After 8 years as Sous Chef working alongside Chef Luis, his dedication and a whole lot of heart gave him the opportunity to step into the role of Executive Chef.

Years worked at W+F: 2️⃣4️⃣years

Favorite menu item: Spicy Brazilian bowl with yellow rice 

Enjoys working at W+F because: It has been such an important part of his life and career. Over the years, he’s had the opportunity to learn, grow, and work alongside some great people. He takes pride in creating food that people enjoy and making sure every dish is prepared with care. For Andy, cooking has been a way to continue learning, share his experience with others, and grow as a chef.
