The question of the hour…When is the last day for Dairy Dee this season?
That is always a tough call, but weather and traffic will decide the answer.
The weather has still been nice, a little too hot at times.
However, traffic has dropped. It always does with the start of school and everyone getting into new routines, but the rebound is taking longer than normal.
We do try to cut back on staffing once traffic slows, but we still must maintain a certain number in the shop to get things done in a timely manner.
The real answer is, when traffic no longer meets labor costs we will close for the season.
Stay tuned for updated info.
