Fall has officially entered the chat. 🎃🍎🍂 And these two are coming in STRONG.

This week’s Suffolk Slice drop:

🎃 PUMPKIN SPICE BRÛLÉE
Creamy pumpkin spice cheesecake baked over a Biscoff cookie crust, finished with that crackly brûléed sugar top, maple glaze, and Biscoff crumble.

🍎 CARAMEL APPLE BUTTER COBBLER
Creamy apple butter cheesecake over a cinnamon graham cracker crust, piled high with spiced apples, brown-butter cobbler crumble, and salted caramel.

If you’ve been waiting for us to start the fall flavors… this is your sign. 🙌 These might be two of our favorite slices we’ve put together yet.

We LOVE seeing our cheesecake boxes empty… just not like this. 😅

Seeing someone enjoy every last bite of Suffolk Slice makes our day. Seeing the empty box, spoon, and trash left in the parking lot of the very place we bake out of? Not so much.

We put a lot of love into what goes inside these boxes, and we’d love to see the same love shown to the businesses and communities that support us.

Please enjoy your cheesecake — then toss the box in the trash. 🗑️

🍎🍏 CARAMEL APPLE BUTTER COBBLER 🍏🍎

Okay, y’all… let me explain this one. 🤤

Honeycrisp is hands down my FAVORITE apple, so of course it had to make its way into this cheesecake. We mix Honeycrisp + Granny Smith apples for that perfect balance of sweet, tart, and a little bite.

It starts with a creamy apple butter cheesecake baked over a graham cracker crust, then we pile it high with those spiced apples, a buttery** cobbler crumble**, and finish the whole thing with a generous drizzle of salted caramel. 🤎

Basically… if apple cobbler and cheesecake had a fall baby, this would be it. 😂🍂

Y’all showed OUT for Suffolk Slice Co. this week! We’ve had quite a few of our locations completely SELL OUT of slices — so many that we actually had to head back into the kitchen yesterday and make MORE just to restock! 🙌

That is officially a first for us, and we can’t even explain how awesome that feels. Seeing y’all support us AND our partner locations week after week means more than you know. 🥹

This is the kind of stuff that makes all the long days, late nights, early mornings, and countless cheesecakes worth it.

To be trusted with a cheesecake for someone’s 75th birthday is special enough—but then to receive a message saying it was “the best cheesecake he has ever had” after 75 years?! That one hit different. 🙏🏽

We are incredibly thankful for every single person who buys a slice, orders a whole cheesecake, tells a friend about us, shares our posts, or sends us messages like this afterward. You may not realize just how much those words mean to a small business.

What started as an idea continues to grow because of YOU.

I know, I know… we JUST made a post telling y’all where to find this week’s slices 😂🍰

But let me explain these two a little bit, because there’s A LOT going on in these slices. 👀

🍓 Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake — our creamy strawberry cheesecake on a shortcake cookie crust loaded with strawberry flavor, topped with homemade strawberry compote, strawberry crunch, and finished with a piece of Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake Roll. 🍓🍰

☕ Tiramisu Cheesecake — we took the classic Italian dessert and gave it the Suffolk Slice treatment! An Oreo + espresso crust, our signature cheesecake, a layer of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, then topped with mascarpone whip and a dusting of cocoa powder. ☕🤌

Two VERY different flavors this week…and I’m not sure I could pick a favorite. 😂
