When Yelp suppresses legitimate 5-star reviews, it can lower our visible rating, weaken customer confidence, reduce visibility, and directly impact revenue.
Yet Yelp asks us to encourage reviews, advertise with them, and use and .

How does that make sense?
We work incredibly hard for every genuine 5-star experience. We cannot control Yelp’s algorithm, but we CAN control where we send our customers.
