We opened the doors in July with a lot of ideas about what we hoped Marée could become.

Then you showed up.

You filled the bar. You celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here. You came for dinner and stayed for another drink. You told your friends. You came back. And little by little, this place started to feel like what we hoped it would.

So this one feels pretty special.

Marée has been nominated for Best New Restaurant at the 2026 TASTE Awards.

Public voting determines the finalists, with the winners selected by an industry panel in September.

If you’ve had a night at Marée that you loved, we’d be incredibly grateful if you took a minute to vote for us.

We’re still very new. We’re still figuring things out, making things better, and becoming the restaurant we want to be.

But getting this kind of recognition this early, and knowing it started with the people who have been walking through our doors since July, means a lot.

We never wanted Marée to feel like a spot that you ONLY save for a special occasion.

We wanted it to become your place.

The place you come four nights a week because you feel like it. The patio where you lose track of time. The bar where they know what you drink. The table you bring your family to, then your best friends, then someone who’s never been because you can’t believe they haven’t been yet.

We built Marée for Spring Lake to feel like that.

Familiar. Easy. Beautiful. Alive.

A place that feels a little like going out and a little like coming home.

Your spot. Your people. Your night. Your bar.

And truly, we can’t wait to serve you. We look forward to it every single day.

New rule at Marée: there’s always something special behind the bar.

Every night, we’re handing the cocktail special over to whoever’s feeling most inspired. Their drink. Their idea. Their night.

First up: 𝐄𝐌𝐌𝐀 Lychee Martini. Lychee, marigold and just enough leopard-and-disco-ball energy to make a rainy Thursday feel like a very good reason to go out.

We’re finding our rhythm at Marée, and we thought it was a good time to tell you a little more about how we do things around here.

We open at 4pm every day except Tuesdays, when we close to reset, prep, take care of the space and get ready to do it all again.

And lunch? It’s coming. Stay tuned.

Our last seating is at 9pm, but if you’re already here, there’s no rush. Finish dinner. Have another drink. Stay with us until 10.

You’ll find reservations on OpenTable, but we don’t put every table online. That’s intentional. As our team settles in and we continue to fine-tune the experience, we’re leaving room for walk-ins. So if OpenTable looks full, come by anyway. There may be a table waiting for you.

The same goes for the bar. Walk in, pull up a seat, meet our bartenders. Stay for dinner or just stay for a drink.

Bring the kids. We have a kids menu, coloring pages and crayons because we want Marée to be a place where families feel comfortable being families.

Take a look around while you’re here. There’s work from local artists on our walls and thoughtful details tucked throughout the space. Some are obvious. Some are not. Ask us about them.

And get to know our team. They’re a huge part of what Marée is becoming. We’re learning together, making adjustments, getting better every night and figuring out the little things that turn a beautiful restaurant into a place people want to come back to.

We’re also paying attention to your shoes. Sneakers, heels, sandals, whatever you walked in wearing. If they look good on the Marée sign, take the photo. We want to see it.

We’re new. We’re finding our groove. And we’re building this place intentionally, one service, one table and one night at a time.

Come for dinner. Come for a drink. Make a reservation or just walk in.
