After an incredibly difficult week for our Spokane community, we just want you to know that we’re here❤️

Here to welcome you in, share a meal, and offer a little sense of normalcy in a time that has felt anything but normal.

Our hearts are with every person, family, and business impacted by the fires, and we’re so grateful for the firefighters, first responders, volunteers, and neighbors who have shown up for one another.

Spokane, we’re here for you. Always. ❤️

Today, we’ll be open for dinner service.

Like so many in our community, our family has also been evacuated from our home. Our hearts are with everyone affected, and we’re keeping all those impacted in our thoughts.

Tonight, our doors are open, and we’re here to serve you, a delicious meal, a familiar place, and a little sense of normalcy during a difficult time.

Stay strong, stay safe, Spokane. ❤️

If you follow us, chances are you’ve dined with us at the Italian Kitchen and chances are you’ve been greeted at the door by Bryce.

We wanted you to hear it from us: Bryce recently experienced a serious health emergency spending 9 days in the ICU he is home and is now focused on recovery. So on your next visit, you may notice something’s different — his smile won’t be at the front to greet you for a while.

Some of you may remember an article a while back where Bryce was quoted saying “failure was never an option.” Rereading that now sits a little different — but it’s a phrase that’s carried us through a lot, and it’s carrying us through this too.

It’s going to be a slow road, but he will be back.

In the meantime, our team is here taking great care of you, and we’re so grateful for this community’s continued support. It means more than you know right now.

With love and gratitude,
Lyndsay & the Italian Kitchen family
