Fall was fully here today and after traveling this past week I planned a low key Saturday. This also felt like the perfect day to make beef stew. Justin was the soup & stew maker and how I loved that. I went with Easy Dinner Recipes β€’ Holly SpendWithPennies beef stew recipe and omitted the peas. I know Justin would be proud of this! It's delicious and just what I needed today. What's your favorite comfort food?

Tonight I was surrounded by those Justin Oscar Cary loved and bonded with while he lived over twenty years in Nashville. I heard beautiful stories about his talent, loyalty, kindness & friendship. To say my heart is full is an understatement. I am so proud to be married to this amazing man. Thank you Sixpence None The Richer & Matt Slocum for putting on this tribute. I am forever grateful. Justin & I forever cheered for small businesses. We enjoyed sharing & even promoting our competitors. Justin frequently said "There is always room for more." I loved that about him. Today I was happy to pick up c***r donuts from Perfect Blend Café & Bakery for a work event. The shop was bustling~ the vibe warm & welcoming.
