To our dear customers, friends and community,
After almost 8 years of being open, Roux has closed.
Thank you so much for all of the love and support that you showed to us and the Roux Crew. We couldn’t have done it without you. Navigating a restaurant during Covid was one of the craziest things I have ever done, but thanks to all of you, we were able to pull through. This is an incredible community of great people and families. We will miss being a part of it.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful staff of the past and present who showed great hospitality, took their jobs to heart and treated our guests like family. I will be forever grateful to the Roux Crew. Sam, Ronnie, Emily, Brenda, Beth, Liz, Jon, TJ, Olivia, Hannah, Jen, Bash and Grant, thank you for always showing up, being professionals and working so well as a team. Thank you for all that you did and all of the hard work you put in. You really made Roux a great place. I will miss you and I wish you all of the success in your future endeavors.
