Learn how to make traditional northern-style tamales from scratch while sharing drinks, stories, and plenty of laughs around the table. Whether you're coming with your best friend, your mom, your partner, or flying solo, our classes are all about good food and even better company.

On June 19th 1865 troops arrived in Galveston Bay Texas and the army announced that more than 250,000 enslaved black people in the state were free by executive decree. This day came to be known as Juneteenth. The newly freed were inspired and empowered to reunify families and transform their lives and their country.

The historical legacy of Juneteenth shows the value of never giving up hope in uncertain times!

Join our chefs for a hands-on Tamale Cooking Class on Sunday, June 28 from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. You will learn masa making, fillings, wrapping, and steaming, all from scratch. Custom BibiSol aprons are available to purchase and wear to class. 🤍

Chef Patricia pours love, tradition, and care into every dish. She has mastered every recipe and brings warmth to every guest who walks through our doors. She is one of the strongest women we know, and we are so lucky to have her in our lives.
