We’re getting excited for the start of the Pork Showdown!

This year, we took one of our originals — Apricot Basil Pork — and gave it a whole new twist.

A slow-braised pork shank over bacon, chive & Burgundy truffle risotto, finished with our classic apricot basil sauce, confit asparagus and radish, and crispy celery root.

A new take on a dish that was part of our kitchen for years — and one we’re excited to bring back in a completely different way.
