About last night…..we had a full patio of fellow minded tequila lovers.

4 courses and one fun filled night on the patio.

1st Course. Seared Scallops on a bed of sauted Swiss chard with a Parsnip puree

2nd Course. Cucumber Orange Jicama salad with Goat cheese, Pomegranate seeds and a Orange and honey vinaigrette

Main Course. Red Beet Risotto, Baked half Cornish Hen, with a Pablano Mole sauce accompanied with asparagus

Dessert. Lemon Macaron with powdered sugar and Chiffonade mint partnered with a Salted caramel Macaron with a fudge drizzle

If your tastebuds aren’t dancing reading about the food, let us regale with the perfectly paired libations.
