Tomatoes and peaches are here! 🎉 This dish is a beautiful expression of summer - ripe Virgina peaches, Fifer Orchards tomatoes, crumbly Ola cheese from Birchrun Hills Farm farm in PA, all drizzled with white balsamic and topped with pink peppercorn. 🍅🍑

The Market to Table Dinner was a huge success! A big thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating local food, farms, and community, all the while raising funds to support Historic Lewes Farmers Market.
