We’ve got a few new things lined up for you in our case at Little Blue Bakehouse:

🌱 VEGAN Jelly Doughnut: powdered sugar shells filled with vegan browned butter buttercream and a center of raspberry jam

🌱 VEGAN Vanilla: a classic flavor in a festive red/white/blue swirl

🍫 S’mores: cinnamon shells filled with a marshmallow buttercream, GF graham cracker crumbs, and a center of milk chocolate ganache (blue/white swirl)

🍑 Country Peach: peach tea shells filled with a peach buttercream and a center of housemade peach jam

🍋 Arnold Palmer: black tea shells filled with a black tea buttercream and a center of house made lemon curd

We’re excited to be with family and community this weekend, taking time to remember what actually makes our country great on its 250th anniversary - the unique fabric of folk that reside in our nation (particularly marginalized groups), our expansive protected green spaces, and our ability to stand up for the values and protections our communities acknowledge and deserve.

Our new Pride-themed lineup has hit the case at Little Blue Bakehouse 🌈

Come check out these six new flavors, plus two others benefitting the LGBT Center of Raleigh AND a selection of vegan macarons!

❤️ Strawberry Basil: white chocolate ganache infused with garden-harvested basil surrounds a center of housemade NC strawberry jam. All summery, all delicious.

🧡 Reese's Cup Ganache: Do we really need to say more?

💛 Banana Pudding: vanilla pudding buttercream mixed with GF Golden Oreos, a center of banana pudding, and an additional sprinkle of cookie crumbs on top (our personal favorite).

💚 Sour Patch Ganache: sounds kinda crazy - we know - but you gotta trust us, it is absolutely DELICIOUS!

💙 Dark Chocolate Ganache: Classic, decadent, and ALWAYS made with high-quality dark chocolate.

💜 Lavender Maine Blueberry: lavender shells, creamy vanilla buttercream and a generous dollop of house-made Maine blueberry jam. It's delicate and classy, but we won't judge if you eat it in a single bite!

These flavors will last until the end of the month, so come grab them before they’re gone!

We overshot our weekend pars, and we’ve got a good chunk of macaron boxes on the Too Good To Go app! Some important reminders for when we do these drops:

🔸 Pick up takes place at Little Blue Bakehouse today only, even though we are CLOSED on Mondays - we have a sign with my number on the door, so you can call if I don’t spot you!

🔸 Pick up is now through 1:30pm - normally we run it longer but I’ve got some childcare logistics happening that I’ve got to leave early for

🔸 Each box typically contains 6 macarons of various flavors (some repeats) but today they have 7 because I had to put them in ugly boxes 🥲

Snag them while they last, and we’ll see you today!

NEW MACARON FLAVOR DROP 🥭🍫

Meet Passionfruit Mango Curd, our latest concoction: A ring of beautiful passionfruit curd buttercream surrounds a well of smooth mango curd, evoking that tropical vacation you most definitely deserve.

Not to be outdone by Tiramisu: a cinnamon shell dusted with cocoa powder and filled with a coffee and sweet cream cheese buttercream. Chef’s kiss 🤌🏼
