Meet our Assistant Manager, Molli!

Originally from Los Angeles, Molli spent her 20s and up until 32 living in Boston before making her way to us. She has been in the food and beverage industry since she was just 16 years old, bringing years of experience and a genuine love for hospitality to the team every day. Outside of the restaurant, you will usually find her spending time with her pup Juniper, cooking and dining out with her fiancé Matt, or at the piano singing and playing music. When she is off the clock, her drink of choice is a classic 50/50 gin martini with an absinthe rinse and a lemon twist. Be sure to give her a warm hello next time you visit.
