Thank you, Eurasia Food Club members for yet another exceptional culinary journey. Last night, our new and returning members were served the same menu recently served to an All-Star, All-Chefs, All-Restaurateurs special Eurasia Food Club dinner - a menu to please the toughest crowd in town (Barry Barbe (Torme, El Gato Azul, Shirley’s), Paul Moskovich (Atmesfir), Ryan & Kat Foster (Badger’s Den), Jason Krupp & Julia Ammons (Essence), Rick Garcia (Park Plaza, The Prep Kitchen), Liz Tobin (Catering by Liz) and Mercy Clark (Gingerly Catered).
Pan-Asia was the theme for this fusion menu blending cross-continental ingredients and elements from East, Southeast and South Asia with Western culinary techniques.
The Eurasia Food Club is an off-the-radar secret supper club in Prescott - sporadic dinner parties at Eurasia in response to fine gourmands in search of singular food experiences. Call it an “anti-restaurant.” Chef Michel & Chef Dylon cook a meticulously considered menu for 20 to 24 guests, over which no one has a say. And, as such, we leave it up to you to put a price tag to the meal as to what you think it’s worth. This alternative dining scene is the toughest reservation in town. To get a seat, you’d have to wait to get invited. If you’d like to become a member of the EFC, you’d have to be a regular patron (regular enough for us to know you well and to know that you love our food) and/or sign up on www.eurasia.kitchen and tell us why you should be a member. Once you get into the Club, you get to be invited to future events and get to nominate other “gastronauts” or food geeks such as yourself. EFC will be holding secret dinners with a different group each time.
Bold. Fearless. Deviant Dining. Multi-Cuisine. Multi-Concept.
