🎤😎 MOVE OVER, HOLLYWOOD… PRESCOTT HAS ITS OWN SUPERSTAR! 😂❤️

I couldn’t resist asking Steve from Kowality Plumbing to put on my sunglasses and give us one more performance! And being the good sport he is, he played right along! 😂🎶

But all joking aside, I want everyone to know how much this man means to Vinnie and me.

Steve has gone above and beyond to help us bring Vincenzo’s Cucina Italiana to life. He has supported us, worked incredibly hard, and helped us through some of the biggest challenges of getting our restaurant ready.

And through it all, he’s managed to keep us laughing!

❤️ SUPPORT LOCAL. SUPPORT FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESSES. ❤️

I want to take a moment to recognize Steve Kowalczyk and his team at Kowality Plumbing, a local, family-owned business here in Prescott.

When we first took over the building for Vincenzo’s Cucina Italiana, there was a tremendous amount of work that needed to be done behind the scenes. Things most customers will never see, but things that matter more than anything when you’re preparing food for families.

Steve and his team didn’t just come in and do a plumbing job. They helped transform this restaurant from what it was into a place where I can confidently say I would feel comfortable sitting down, eating, and bringing my own family.

And that means everything to me.

In fact, during our inspection, the inspector himself mentioned that he would love to come back and eat here!

I don’t know how many restaurant owners get to hear that from their inspector, but I can tell you it meant a great deal to me.

I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, and I know we couldn’t have gotten here without hardworking people like Steve and his team.

When you support a family-owned business, you’re not just paying for a service. You’re supporting people who take pride in their work, stand behind their name, and genuinely care about their community.

Steve, thank you for helping us turn this building into something we can be proud of.

Vincenzo’s Italian Restaurant is preparing to open in Prescott, and we’re looking for experienced, dependable people to join our Back-of-House team.

Now interviewing for:
• Lead Line Cook / Sous Chef
• Experienced Line Cooks
• Prep Cook

We are especially looking for a strong Lead Line Cook / Sous Chef who can work alongside Vinny, learn Vincenzo’s recipes and standards, help lead the kitchen during service, and become an important part of our long-term team.

What we’re looking for:
• Restaurant kitchen experience
• Strong cooking and kitchen skills
• Ability to work efficiently during dinner service
• Dependable, organized and clean
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and consistently follow Vincenzo’s recipes and standards
• Italian cooking experience is a plus

Restaurant Hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 4 PM–9 PM

Lead position pay is based on experience.

We don’t have an official opening date to announce just yet. We’re still working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready before we open our doors.
