UPDATE: We stumped everyone! Comments are now closed, but the reveal is here: it’s Golden Milk Crème Brûlée!

We infused our custard with warm turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, maple syrup, and black pepper. It’s warm, sweet, spiced, and torched to perfection. See you at the pub this weekend!

Can you guess this weekend’s new crème brûlée flavor? We’re putting your taste-bud intuition to the test before it even hits the menu!

Drop your best guess in the comments below. The first person to guess correctly will win a $25 gift card to the pub, with a limit of one guess per person.

We’re making another batch of our Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée. From the fields of Old Gates Farm straight to your spoon: we roast the sweet corn—cobs and all—to caramelize those natural sugars before steeping it in heavy cream. Brenda bakes them into a lush, buttery custard that tastes just like sweet kettle corn.

Have you had a chance to try it? 🌽
