The sweaters are out. The leaves are turning. And our menu just got a fall edit. 🍂✨

There is something about this time of year that just feels like coming home. The smell of warm spices, the crunch of leaves, and a lineup of donuts that tastes exactly like all of it. This season we went back to the kitchen and made something worth savoring.

🎃 Pumpkin Pecan Old-Fashioned: fresh pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, and brown butter salted pecans on our signature buttermilk cake
🍎 Apple Brandy Crumble: Clear Creek Distillery apple brandy and a salted marcona almond crumble on our signature vanilla cake
🍏 Apple Butter: Oregon Growers apple butter, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and our signature brioche
🍯 Caramel Sesame Sea Salt: caramel, sesame, and Maldon sea salt on our signature brioche
🍮 Pumpkin Panna Cotta Brûlée: pumpkin panna cotta on our signature brioche served with a pipette of pumpkin old-fashioned cocktail made with Ghost Owl Whiskey.

Did you know pear is actually Oregon’s state fruit? Making it kind of the MVP of Oregon produce, if you ask us.
Also wild: there are over 10 varieties of pears grown right here in the Pacific Northwest, and no two behave the same. Bosc pears are dense and low moisture, which is exactly why we use them in the fritter, they hold their shape in the fryer instead of turning soggy, so the lavender and honey actually shine through. Bartlett pears are sweeter and juicier, which is why they’re the star of our Pear Lavender Lemonade, balancing out the tart lemon perfectly.
Two pears, two totally different jobs, one very good reason to swing by this month. 🍐💜

🍩 Pear Lavender Fritter: Our 18-hour buttery brioche folded with fresh Bosc pears, lavender, brown sugar, and cherrywood smoked honey, finished with a sweet floral glaze and a splash of Wild Roots Spirits pear vodka. Warm, floral, and exactly the kind of donut that makes you stop mid-bite.

🍋 Pear Lavender Lemonade: A juicy Bartlett pear puree and lavender meet fresh lemon for something bright, sweet, and just tart enough.

Fun fact: pears are actually a member of the rose family, and most of them are grown right here in Oregon and Washington! Pears, lavender, and a Portland donut shop? Basically meant to be.
