Our vegan dishes are SO flavorful, they could almost fool anyone 😍🩷

One of the most common sentiments we hear is that y’all’s meat-eating amigos & familia LOVE Mis Tacones. That is truly such a HUGE compliment.

Our goal is to make plant-based food that everyone (and their mamas!) can find joy in. So much so, that you might even question “how tf is this vegan??”

Every ingredient on our menu replicates the flavors and textures you know and love, made fully plant based.

Our menu is basically “Choose your Adventure”:
🩷Select an item (Taco, Nacho, Quesadilla, Burrito, Torta)
🩷Select a Protein (Asada seitan, Al Pastor Seitan, Pollo Soy Curls, Tres Hermanas)

And BAM! You got yourself a meal ;)

Our 4 main protein options are BOMB in every format:
✨Asada seitan (meaty, carne-seasoned seitan)
✨Al Pastor Seitan (slightly spicy, pineapple-infused seitan)
✨Pollo Soy Curls (gluten free, “chicken” seasoned)
✨Tres Hermanas (for our veggie lovers! A medley of corn, black beans, zucchini)

Our PAY-IT-FORWARD program 🩷

Mis Tacones started a Pay-It-Forward program in its early days, as a derivative of one we discovered in Oakland CA (shoutout to our community member and primx Cell Phone! Gay4U who started this program with their business and inspired us) ❤️❤️❤️

We firmly believe that Trans People of Color & other marginalized communities should never have to worry about having a meal on their table, and we want to give back + redistribute our resources however possible.

Activism has always been an integral part of our work. As a Vegan, Q***r & POC-owned business ourselves, with our collective background in social services, we value intersectionality and bringing that into the restaurant community.

We have folks that use this program weekly, some come and visit, we will always provide meals to those in need, to the best of our abilities.

You can support this program by adding a donation to your order - $5-$20, or more, and every contribution directly feeds our community.

Support other local businesses that help those in need! We love to see it!
