While Normandy is famous for its apples, cream, butter, and Calvados, it is also home to a rich and centuries-old chocolate tradition. Although cocoa is not grown in the region, Normandy has become a land of excellence where talented artisans transform the cocoa bean into exceptional creations.

The Norman chocolate tradition is built on the unique marriage of fine chocolate and local ingredients such as fresh cream, salted butter, apples, honey, and Calvados.

Inspired by this heritage, we are proud to introduce our new French Chocolate Custard, made from scratch with premium Belgian chocolate, using the same passion and craftsmanship that have defined Norman gastronomy for generations.
