A New Chapter: With Love, Gratitude, and a Full Heart

To my dearest family,

For the past two years, Bedda Mia Ristorante & Pizzette has been my life, my heart, and my home. As I look back on these years, I am overwhelmed by the memories of the laughter, the stories, and the beautiful faces that filled our dining room.

I am writing to share a personal update: I have officially sold the restaurant. While the space will be transitioning to a new owner with a completely different name and concept, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate the time we spent together as Bedda Mia.

I spent every day of these last two years pouring my entire soul into every dish and every pizzetta that left my kitchen. I gave it my absolute all until the very last order was served. Though I never sought out the spotlight, it has been my greatest pride to hear so many of you say we had the best pizza in South Florida. Knowing that you felt that love in my food meant everything to me.

But giving that much of yourself takes its toll. My body is tired, and my heart tells me it is finally time to rest and focus on my own family. I am proud of the success we built together, which allowed me to make this choice and begin this next chapter on my own terms.

Please know that to me, you were never just "guests." You became my extended family. You shared your lives and your milestones at my table, and you made my dream breathe. I am eternally grateful for the love and support you’ve shown me from the very beginning.

The ovens for Bedda Mia may be cooling down, but the warmth you gave me will stay with me forever.
