His approach is rooted in supporting local farms and producers, building a strong kitchen team, and creating generous, comforting food that brings people together.

Pittsburgh Restaurant Week is here, and we’re serving up a special three-course dinner at Scratch & Co. from Wednesday, August 12 through Sunday, August 16. 🍽️

Start with heirloom tomato soup featuring tomatoes from Clarion River Organics River Organics, finished with basil oil and a grilled-cheese crouton. Then, enjoy Thoma Meat Market short rib with bordelaise sauce, red skin mashed potatoes, and herb gremolata.

And for dessert… our chocolate buttermilk panna cotta topped with Twinbrook Dairy whey caramel, chocolate chip cookie crumble, and whipped cream.

Made specially for the Three Rivers Agave Cup Competition, this bright cocktail features cucumber-infused mezcal, yellow watermelon, acid-adjusted orange juice, and walnut orgeat.
