Rigatoni all’Amatriciana ❤️

Rich tomato, crispy guanciale, Pecorino Romano, and a generous spoonful of fresh ricotta on top. Simple, comforting, and so good.

And the rigatoni? Mancini Pastificio Agricolo — made in Italy with 100% Italian wheat and, in our opinion, some of the best pasta you can get. 🇮🇹🍝

Come hungry. We’ll take care of the rest. ❤️

The most underrated item on our menu. 🇮🇹

Our Crostone — a calzone filled with house-made mozzarella, baked in our wood-fired oven, then topped with prosciutto crudo, juicy tomatoes and mixed greens, simply dressed with sea salt and extra-virgin olive oil from Puglia.

Fresh, light and perfect for a hot summer evening. ☀️

One of our least ordered dishes… but definitely one that deserves more love. ❤️

Some things never need reinventing. 🍕❤️

A simple Margherita is always a good choice. San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a perfectly blistered crust—proof that when the ingredients are this good, less really is more.

Sometimes, the classic is exactly what you’re craving.

After a wonderful summer break, our ovens are fired up, the dough is ready, and we can’t wait to welcome all of our wonderful patrons back to Cibo.

Thank you for your patience and for all the love you’ve shown us over the years. We truly missed seeing your familiar faces, and we’re excited to get back to doing what we love most—sharing great food, great wine, and great memories with all of you.

June 13, 2005.

Twenty-one years ago today, we opened the doors of Cibo for our very first dinner service.

The second photo takes us back to the early days and reminds us just how much time has passed. Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories, overcome challenges, celebrated milestones, and watched Cibo grow into something we could have only dreamed of back then. Time moves forward, and while one important piece of our story is no longer with us, his spirit remains woven into the fabric of this place and will always be part of Cibo.

What began as a small neighborhood pizzeria has become a place where memories are made, celebrations are shared, and traditions continue. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of this community for more than two decades.

To our guests, employees, friends, families, and everyone who has supported us along the way—thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement, and support have allowed us to continue doing what we love every single day.

We are grateful for every meal shared, every celebration hosted, every familiar face, and every new one that walks through our doors.

Thank you for an amazing 21 years. Here’s to many more.
