Cheers to Friday! Nothing like kick starting the weekend with some mango coconut 🍨 served in a waffle cone and topped with a toasted marshmallow 🥹🥭🥥.

The perfect toasted marshmallow has a golden crust, which is achieved by gently roasting them for several minutes. The slightly burned exterior gives way to an addictive soft and chewy interior with just enough chew that you can't help but take another bite!

You can't go wrong with this delectable dish. A layer of rich ice cream is topped by a golden brown toasted macaroon —it will make your taste buds tingle!
