For the ones who like a little earth on their slice.

The Holy Shiitake brings together roasted shiitake, button, and portobello mushrooms on an olive oil and garlic base, finished with aged white cheddar, fresh chives, a garlic aioli swirl, and black truffle oil. Rich, savory, and unlike anything else on the menu.

Come see what you've been missing.
