A pair of COCONUT CREAMS. If you know me, you know my kitchen is filled with old things—only things with meaning get a space. This Coconut Cream recipe is the very first cream pie I made to sell. It was first requested and sold at Cami’s Place in Pella, Iowa (a tea room/coffee shop at the time).
