We will have some adjusted hours for the rest of the week! We’ll be closing at noon on Thursday the 28th and Saturday the 30th (normal hours on Friday). Hours will back to normal next week - thanks for your patience as we work through this week!

Our sweet barista Molly and Kyler have gone through a terrible loss no one should have to suffer today. One of my favorite things about Pella is how the community truly takes care of its own, and I hope we can all wrap them in love while they go through this. We will have a place at the shop for you to leave notes of encouragement for them as well. Praying for them and thankful they are safe tonight.

FYI: we’ll be closed tomorrow for Memorial Day! After tomorrow, we’ll switch back to our spring menu while we keep testing new flavors for our upcoming summer menu 😉 it’s starting to feel like the season for some fresh new drinks!

PS yes, the Dutch Cookie Cold Brew will be sticking around until our summer menu - don’t worry!!

WOW. We’re about a week past tulip time now and still processing the exciting weekend we had. We got to serve lots of our fave locals and SO MANY VISITORS! It was wonderful to meet people from so many places and serve you something that made your tulip time special. We hope to welcome you again sometime (hopefully when we’re a little less busy). And THANK YOU to everyone who helps this festival be as fun as it is - it really takes the whole town to make this happen 🌷

It’s time!! Tulip Time is officially here, and so is our special Tulip Time menu. We’re bringing back a few favorites and introducing a couple special new drinks too - the Zaanstreek Latte and Pink Tulip Matcha are new and designed by your Tulip Queen and Court this year. Big thank you to Pella Historical Society for making all of this magic happen every year.

We’re looking forward to seeing allllll the visitors this year for Pella’s Tulip Tome festival!
Just a few things to keep in mind:
🌷 We’re scaling back our menu on Wednesday to stay efficient and make sure we don’t run out of your favorite drinks
🌷 Our hours 7 to 4 on Thursday and Friday, 8 to 4 on Saturday
🌷 We’ll be closed Sunday and Monday for some much needed rest after a busy week
🌷 This year’s menu features a couple really exciting drinks, and we can’t wait to share them with you!!

It’s baaack! 👀

Our Dutch Cookie Cold Brew is here again for the tulip time season! This is one of our favorite drinks, with a rich, sweet spiced brown sugar cookie syrup, our delicious cold brew, and a splash of oat milk. Get it as a tasty standalone drink or add a stroopwafel on top for an extra treat!

you guys have been loving the carrot cake latte and we can’t blame you! made with real carrot, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and brown sugar, this housemade syrup is a real treat - perfect for the Easter season!
