Well. This is bittersweet. After 12 years I finally got a sign. They say the 2 happiest days when you have a boat is the day you buy it and the day you sell it. Restaurant business is the same. Ive had the privilege of working with some amazing humans and have had the pleasure of meeting some incredible guests who have become great friends. The community of Altadena is what made Altaeats special for me. I hope Altaeats was special for you all too. I wish everyone a speedy recovery and am so very proud to have been a part of this community. Paul 👣

This was the 1st dish of countless to hit the pass at Altaeats. 12 yrs is a long time! Once we are ready to reopen we will have a belated birthday celebration. We hope to open soon and will keep you all posted.

Hi all. Altaeats turns 12 years old today! We are continuing the reopening process and will let you know when that date will be. We miss all of you terribly and look forward to seeing you again!

Found this little guy in the rubble that was my house. Taking it as a sign that its time to get back to work! Before we can reopen there are quite a few steps and precautions we have to take but rest assured Altaeats will be back as soon as we can to whatever capacity we can! Until then stay safe, stay strong and when the time comes….LFG!!

Hello Friends of AltaEats!

I do not even know where to begin. Several of our team, like many of our neighbors, lost their homes. Everyone is safe and with family or friends. I am monitoring the situation and making arrangements as to if/when/how we can reopen safely. Until then please know that we are all ready to jump back in and serve the community that we love.
