Couple new menu items for October!

First: Bluefin Tuna Crudo, fermented local chilis, sweet bell pepper, scallion, allium oil.

Second: Gnocco Fritto, fried dough pillow, VT monti Verdi coppa, Calabrian chili dust.

Third: Whipped Ricotta, focaccia crostini, mama lils pepper & parsley relish, vincotto.

It’s been a busy week, so do make sure you give us a call for your last minute (or really any minute) reservations!

Getting a little ‘controversial’ with a quick bite addition tonight - Hudson Valley Foie Gras torchon | house cured with warming spices | Concord grape mostarda made with our own backyard grown grapes | toasted pistachio | chervil.
Do some research or chat with us about this product before yelling from the rooftops and trying to cancel people’s passion 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hi all! We will be closed to the public after 630 tomorrow! We have a private event from 8 til close !
unfortunately to have ample set up time, we will be closing early! Most of our tables are filled for that short”t time but give us a call and test your luck! Or even come by the bar!

Saturday we will be open for regular hours so make sure you get your reservation in for then and Sunday! Storm or no storm, who doesn’t love pasta?!

Just a little appreciate post for ones that keep us going!

We have one of the best kitchens around and that wouldn’t be possible without our amazing crew!

Homestead. offers views of our kitchen during dinner service with our open kitchen but did you know there are two seats that face INTO our kitchen?! You almost feel like you’re part of the team. Watching their every move, learning a little bit about food if you want to talk to our chef Chris, or just kicking back and enjoying some warmth radiating from within!

This team kicked butt and took names during the summer months and I cannot thank them enough! I love them all!! 🥹🥰🫠

Couple days left to enjoy our outdoor dining area!

The summer is coming to an end and with that so does the outdoor dining!
Boo, sad, yes, I know.
But that doesn’t mean we go away! So you shouldn’t either!
