Buttermilk brined Reed farms chicken, corn & tomato panzanella, parsley, thyme, pickled shallot, arugula, Parmesan aioli

Why is getting a chefs hand OUT OF THE PICTURE so hard??

Anyways, here’s one of our new menu updates!

Duck Pave- Crispy picked confit duck leg, shaved cabbage-carrot-fennel slaw, honey, caraway, ancho chili, blackberry jus

It looks fabulous and so beautiful for the summer!

We have a few other changes but you’ll have to come in (or stay tuned if you don’t live around here, we see you) and see for yourself!

It’s so HOT this week! Our outdoor patio will remained closed until this heatwave passes. Be sure to stay hydrated and keep your pups paws safe from hot asphalt!

We have gelato and sorbet to cool you down 🍨 I’ve heard cocktails help too 😋

We’re CLOSED SUNDAY 7/5 to let our staff relax! But you should head in this week before that and hang in the AC!

It’s magical here on Strong!

The weather is kinda all over the place these past couple weeks! Rain then sun then rain again? Doesn’t make sense!

Anyways, our outdoor is here to stay until September! The perfect summer evening is spent out here with a cold beverage and music filling the air 🎶

If you’re interested in reserving a table outside, give us a call! It’s the easiest way! Or make a little note on your online reservation! We always book inside before the day of your reservation and then move you out the day of as long as it’s not raining or nasty hot out!

Our bucatini and fusilli have traded set ups 🤓

Our bucatini pasta is now infused with spinach making it this gorgeous green color!
Onion crema, spring onion, pickled green garlic, peperoncino, toasted sesame seeds, aged sheep’s milk cheese! 🧀

This color goes really well with our outdoor patio and all of our plants! This week has been a scorcher with weird storm chances every night it feels! ⛈️
But don’t worry! If this week has got you stuck in front of an AC, next week is going to actually feel like the beginning of summer! So let us know over the phone or a message on your reservation if made online, if you’d like to be sat outdoors! We even have a drink and snack lounge for those who just want to relax with a cold bevy.

🍄 Morel spaghetti coming in hotttt tonight!

Asparagus and morels, Parmesan stock, thyme, butter, spring garlic

Music is cancelled tonight due to this cold front! 🥶 🌧️
But don’t worry! We still have a billion weekends left of so if you missed your chance tonight (and possibly tomorrow 😭) you WILL have more!

Also don’t forget about the daiquiri daze that starts for us on Wednesday! A cute passport is handed to those participating and you hop around to the bars who are part of this event to get them stamped!
A daiquiri a day sounds heavenly for the summer! 🍹

Join us starting 6/2-8/23 (for us we start the 3!)
Each bar has created their twist on the classic iconic drink THE DAIQUIRI! Stop by these bars, grab your personal Daiquiri Passport, drink a Daiquiri and get your passport stamped.
Collect all 9 stamps and join us for a Daiquiri party at the end!💥
