We’re launching a new monthly event! $1 Dumplings Nite! On the 3rd Thursday of every month we’ll be selling dumplings for $1 each by the half or full dozen from 4pm to close (or until we run out). We hand-make every dumpling in house! Our whole kitchen team puts in a lot of effort making dumplings and it’s really a labor of love but worth it to share with our customers. This event series is starting tonight! We only have one type of dumpling tonight (filled with beef and pork) but we’re excited to start this series and we’ll definitely be offering more varieties of fillings and sauces in the future. It’s mahjong night! That means we have some new items hittin the menu! 1: crispy crepe filled with chorizo and lemongrass shrimp. You eat it as a lettuce wrap with herbs and nuoc cham dipping sauce. 2: fire roasted chorizo ramen. The broth is seasoned with a roasted pepper chili paste and gets some grilled chorizo sausage, onions, herbs, and lemon. 3: really amazing basque style cheesecake with a creamy custardy center and topped with yuzu marmalade. We cut these into giant portions because well, you’re gonna wanna eat more. Trust.
