Staff Appreciation: meet Felix, our dedicated Head Chef at Norfolk Seafood Company! Felix has worked in the RZ Restaurants group for a total of 15 years, and he’s led the Norfolk Seafood Company kitchen for the past 4 years. When putting together specialty dishes, Felix gets his inspiration from Japanese and Spanish cuisines. One dish he really enjoys preparing is the Smoked Clams. Felix, thank you for the hard work, passion, and creativity you bring every single day! Our restaurant wouldn’t be the same without you.
