You can be on island time at MNCHS whenever you want 🌴 🪩 🦩 🍹 🍒 🍍 but only from 11a-8p and not on Mondays or Sundays - those are the days we cry ourselves to sleep.

Hey hey! We’re getting some staff in here and trained so we’re feeling confident we can open up until 8p again!

THESE WILL BE PERMANENT HOURS STARTING TODAY 🌝

We’ve know we’ve been all over the place and closing here and there, changing hours - never ideal but we just had to do what we had to BUT I promise we have a great, positive, hard working staff ready to keep this place going strong from here on out 💪🏼

Sorry for those we upset but our mental health and physical health was important - still is but it’s better.

Thanks to all those that did understand and the ones who didn’t .. oh well

Out of the norm post, but what the heck…

I am excited to share that Dallas and I will be riding 27 miles during Pelotonia Ride Weekend to help raise money for cancer research.

As business owners and members of this community, we know cancer has touched far too many families including many of our own friends, customers, and loved ones. This ride is our way of giving back and helping create hope for the future.

Now for the fun part, I’m using our platform to help us raise funds because I know how much you guys like to see us suffer, so I created a challenge (Dallas doesn’t know about it yet 😅)

Here’s the deal, for every $5 donated, we'll ride 1 extra training mile next week leading up to Pelotonia.
