Here is a look at the first of 4 big events we had yesterday on a busy Saturday feeding around 900 people. At the Atkins wedding we served our Beef Tenderloin, with sautéed mushrooms, Mac N Cheese, Jalapeño Au gratin Potatoes, and Country style green beans. It was a great night at such a beautiful wedding. Congratulations and Thank you for letting us be a part of such a special day!

Last night was the annual Chamber Gala! We served a Strawberry Pecan salad to start, followed by Pork Tenderloin, Chicken, Au Gratin Potato’s, Mixed Veggies, and a Pineapple Hawaiian Rice. This was followed by a piece of Pineapple Upside Down Cake!

It’s Fair week! Yesterday we did a brunch for all of their VIP members as a thank you for all they do to support the fair! They had a huge variety to choose from. We did our Breakfast Casserole, Sausage, Eggs, Hash browns, Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Fruit Danishes, A variety of Bagels, Pasta Salad, Fruit, and a variety of cookies along with Juices and Milk to go with it.

Last night was one to remember for sure! We did our amazing Beef Tenderloin and Chicken served with Mixed Veggies, Sautéed Mushrooms, and Jalapeño Au Gratin Potatoes. The night ended with an amazing firework show!
