😔 Sorry gang. The kiddo’s away this weekend dancing her butt off at a trance music festival. And I wouldn’t dream of doing the weekly pop up without her.

So, take the weekend off. Eat three of cucumber. And never forget the streets, never forget the struggle. ✌️

Do any of you remember the old school plant based cheese like Vegan Rella? 🤢 OMG it smelled and tasted like bard and had the texture of a sweaty crayon. It was weird.

🧀 I’m so glad we have come so far. But still, most of the time I like making my own cheese at home. Cheaper, healthier, and more easy to customize with extra flavor.

🇵🇭 Back in 2016 I cooked at the World Street Food Congress in Manila, representing the USA. Cooking in the Philippines was an unforgettable experience in both food and tragically bad ways that shaped my cooking and my outlook on life forever.
