Did a drink convince you that you would get focus or energy because it has mushrooms in it? Congratulations. The marketing worked. You have been successfully lied to.
 
The effects of mushrooms are very real. They just do not work like caffeine. They work like vitamins.
 
Slowly, over weeks, at doses no can is ever going to give you.
 
So unless you are drinking five cans a day for two months, whatever you are feeling is not coming from the mushroom.

In November 2025 Congress quietly rewrote the definition of h**p. Starting November 2026, a finished product can hold no more than 0.4mg of THC per container. A typical seltzer holds 2.5 to 10mg, so most of the category comes off the shelf.
