Our Hot Dog Français is here for the tournament: chipolata sausage, onion confit, veal jus, Dijon mustard sauce, and French cornichons—an elevated take on a stadium classic.

Tomorrow, Le Gratin celebrates four incredible years. 🥂

Since opening our doors in 2022, we’ve been honored to bring the warmth and conviviality of the French bouchon to Downtown Manhattan. None of it would be possible without our wonderful guests, our dedicated team, and the community that has embraced us from day one.

Join us tomorrow evening as we celebrate this milestone with Chef , who will be at Le Gratin around 7 PM to raise a toast, share a few words, and greet our guests.

And, of course, there will be cake. 🎂✨

Chef Charcutier Arthur Dehaine, , brought his award-winning pâté-croûte from North America to the world stage. After winning the North America 2025 World Pâté-Croûte, he went on to earn the Prix du Meilleur Espoir (Best Rising Star Award) at the Grand Finale in Lyon—an honor awarded for this very pâté-croûte.
