Fall is taking shape in the Stella kitchen. 🍂

Go behind the scenes with Mason, one of our talented sous chefs, as he prepares the first new dish from our autumn menu: Roasted Delicata Squash—caramelized with a harissa honey glaze, served over housemade whipped feta and ricotta, and finished with fresh lemon-dressed frisée and pepita dukkah.

Our menu follows the seasons, and there’s more autumn flavor on the way. Join us to try our newest addition, and look out for more dishes arriving over the next few weeks—stay tuned!
