The River Cat Cafe thanks all of our customers and supporters.

Regrettably, due to zoning issues, we have closed our doors on North Main Street.

Because cats have 9 lives, we urge you to keep your eyes open for the next incarnation of the River Cat.

The River Cat is closing and we would like to acknowledge the incredible support shown by the local community for an enterprise that was intended to be for the local community.
In a short time we won Best Breakfast in Bucks, became a destination café, and created a brand, and served 60,000 patrons breakfast and lunch. But, our goal of opening a farmer’s market, a kids and adult locals club, an artisan gallery, and a dock for the rescue squad will never materialize.
Our doors will close on September 30th because of an adverse decision by the Zoning Hearing Board and the cost and uncertainty of pursuing the appeal.
I want to thank the incredible team that worked so hard to make the River Cat special. And I want to recognize Ted and Eva for their unfailing support and belief in the project.
Because cats have 9 lives, we urge you to keep your eyes open for the next incarnation of the River Cat.
We look forward to enjoying your company now through September 30th .

On Sunday, 09/08/19, from approximately 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, please be prepared for roads to be closed/detoured for the Run Now Wine Later 5K race.

For the safety of the runners, our volunteers & officers, DO NOT drive around the barricades, barrels or cones!
