Me oh, my oh… We headed to the bayou this week for some inspiration for our dinner special: Shrimp and Grits! Cheesy polenta grits with tender shrimp in a Cajun sauce. We’ll have you singing Hank Sr. “Son of a gun, we’ll have big fun down on the bayou” before you finish your meal!

Pair it with our Sparkling Pear-tini (see what we did there 😉) and finish the meal with a giant slice of Grandma’s Chocolate Cake to share or take home for later!

You’ll be BOWLed over by this weekend’s special! Chef Raymond came up with this delicious dish and received high accolades last night when we tested it.

Bang Bang Seafood Bowl:
Fried popcorn shrimp and fried scallops tossed in our sweet and spicy shrimp sauce, served over a bowl of rice and tri-color slaw in a jalapeño cilantro lime crema and topped with cilantro and scallions.
