Our Employee of the Month for October is Alexis.

Alexis worked for us in 2022 and came back this year to help us out in management. She has been a great benefit to our team! She takes charge, leads by example, and fills in where needed. We are so grateful for Alexis and her willingness to lead our team.

🎓❤️ A Mancinos Send-Off! ❤️🎓

Today we’re celebrating two very special members of the Mancinos family as they head off to college, Lucie and Abby!

Both started with us at just 14 years old and have grown into incredible young adults, outstanding employees, and leaders in our restaurant. They’ve excelled academically while also working their way into management at Mancinos — a tremendous accomplishment that we couldn’t be more proud of.

Watching them grow over the years has been such a privilege. They’ve worked hard, taken on responsibility, helped lead our team, and made a lasting impact on Mancinos.

We’re going to miss having them around, but we’re so excited to see what the future holds for both of them! 🎓📚
