Today is our final day at Ky's American Bistro.

Our doors will open at 11:00 a.m. and we'll remain open until our inventory is gone. Our menu is very limited, and once it's gone, it's gone.

If you're traveling from out of town to see us one last time, we recommend giving us a call before you head our way to make sure we're still open. 765-465-8714

As we close this chapter, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for your support, your friendship, and for allowing us to be part of this amazing community over the years. The memories we've made together will stay with us forever.

To everyone who stopped in this past week to share a meal, a hug, a few tears, and plenty of laughs—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Those moments have meant more to us than words can express.

We will miss each and every one of you dearly.

After an amazing ride, the time has come for a new chapter.
It's hard to believe that eight years have passed since we started this journey. What began as a small food truck grew into more than we ever could have imagined. Because of your support, encouragement, and loyalty, a dream became a reality. Along the way, we gained not only customers, but friendships and memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.
As many of you have heard, Ky and I have made the difficult decision to close all of our businesses and move back to Florida. While we are excited for what lies ahead, saying goodbye to a community that has meant so much to us is not easy.
There are simply not enough words to express how grateful we are. Thank you for every meal shared, every event attended, every kind word, every recommendation, and every time you chose to support a small local business. Through the highs and the challenges, you stood by us, and we will never forget that.
We would also like to thank our incredible staff, past and present. Your hard work, dedication, and care helped build something truly special. We have been blessed to work alongside some amazing people over the years.
This community welcomed us, believed in us, and helped shape a chapter of our lives that we will always cherish. Though this goodbye is bittersweet, we leave with hearts overflowing with gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime.
Be sure to stop in and see us before June 27th. We'd love the opportunity to thank you in person, share a hug, a story, or simply a goodbye.
