Our full menu and 36 flavors of hand-scooped ice cream are available. And we are able to accept all normal forms of payment (including credit cards and tap-to-pay).

We're so excited to announce that our power is back on and we will be open again tomorrow!! And to celebrate, we're opening our store early!

Come see us and get a much needed frozen treat, starting at 10:30am tomorrow. We'll be open our regularly scheduled hours the rest of the week.

Unfortunately, our store currently is still without power. However, we have pole trucks on the street!! We're hoping they'll be able to restore power soon.

For the time being, we are still closed. We will post as soon as we're able to reopen.

UPDATE: We were able to find and buy a generator yesterday. It is now hooked up to our freezer and keeping everything nice and frozen 😊

Unfortunately our power is still out. Before the storm, we moved all of our ice cream to our exterior walk-in freezer which can hold a lower temp for longer. However, with the likely potential of not getting power back until at least late night Monday, we're now on the hunt for a generator to hook up to our freezer to keep our product frozen.

If you or someone you know has a generator that is capable of 220V that we could use until we get power back, please reach out to us. Thank you!!

The Twist made it through Hurricane Isaias relatively unscathed ❤️

We have a couple sections of fence down and debris to clean up, but the building and awnings all seem to be undamaged. Power is out (like everywhere else in the area). So for now, we just wait to see when power is restored and whether it is quick enough for our walk-in freezer to hold temp and keep our ice cream frozen.

We will post another update once we know more.

Thank you to everyone who is out helping clean up, restore power, repair damages, and get our community back up and running. We appreciate all that you do!

We have made the decision to close our store on Friday due to the incoming storm. We are still open normal business hours all day today (Thursday). Come by and enjoy some ice cream before we all hunker down for Hurricane Isaias!

Our reopening day/time is currently TBD. After the storm, we will assess any damages and utilities to determine when we can reopen for business. We will post that information here as soon as we know.

We are keeping a close eye on the incoming storm. As it gets closer and we have more accurate predictions, we will be able to make decisions about any necessary changes to our business operations and hours.
