Here's the thing, I'm not an on camera kinda gal. It's not about me. It's about the product. I'm especially not a tech savvy kinda gal, but I am a pour your heart and soul into everything you make kinda gal. I've been baking and selling sugar in various forms for years, have often considered opening a stand and I have decided to go for it. I said to the hubby, "I think we should go for it and build the stand" now when I say "we" I meant him. My husband has supported me through and through with this idea, along with many amazing family, friends and customers who have become friends. So here we go... Sugar Dough is opening a stand on SATURDAY, JUNE 20th at 9am. I hope to see everyone there. Ps. The kiddos have decided to sell lemonade and Arnold Palmers on opening day as well.

Summers have changed in so many ways. I can remember getting up in the morning and going out all day to play, with the occasional drop in for lunch or a snack. Coming in when it was getting dark, getting a shower and putting on my pj's and watching a movie all cozy in my bed or on the couch. They don't make them like they used to, but it led me to this....

What desserts take you back to your childhood summers? I'd love to know. The kind of treats that you can still taste just to think about it.

Three cooler desserts this week!!! First, the ever so fabulous Sugar Dough Handmade Treats has been here making us Chocolate fudge and Key lime cake slices!!!! These never last long so make sure you stop by early this week.
We will also have our authentic Key lime Pie!!!
