Where's everyone at. I know work day is almost over, I just pulled chicken leg quarters off the smoker, got a fresh batch of cheese sauce made up and ready for your bellies. Get the whole meal, chicken with a choice of bbq sauce, coleslaw and mac n cheese with a drink $20 upgrade to a Granita for $5 more. Be here till 9 come for dinner stay for dessert, Beachside Bubble Waffle will be open soon enough and will be here till 10:30 I belive.

Also tomorrow Saturday I'll be closing up about 6 p.m I have some family passing through town for the night that I'd like to see.
Tomorrow will be the same special but mac n cheese and smoked baked beans.

Dont want a chicken sandwich thats fine. Pictured is Slow smoked chicken leg quarters, ill finish them on the flat top with a choice of bbq sauce (blackberry bourbon, smoke blueberry, or smoked apple butter bbq), side of cole slaw and mac n cheese for $20 I Have plenty here till 9p.m

Seasoned 5 oz chicken breast, on a pretzel bun with fresh arugula, caramelized onions, apple wood bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese and my new Smoked Blueberry BBQ Sauce.

Customer said "Hey Chef can you be a little creative today" I said sure. They didn't know what they wanted but they wanted chicken spicy with a side of the blueberry bbq. So I did a chicken stir fry. Coconut lime rice, sautéed with garlic, peppers, onions, and mushrooms, 6oz chicken breast diced, added in some of Spicy Mama, LLC - dragons breathe seasoning, topped with arugula, tomatoes, and cucumbers. With a side of smoked blueberry bbq, $25 you can get it all week/weekend. If you had the loaded tots its about the same size. Ever want to spice it up just ask i can make it as hot as you want.

It's Wednesday who's hungry? I've been playing around and may have just made a really awesome Smoked Blueberry BBQ sauce. Come on out give it a try, get it on your pork or substitute it for the strawberry jalapeño jam on the chicken sandwich. Only available at the truck and not on door dash. Granita is nice and cold, still have pina colada and cantaloupe. Here till 9 p.m.

I have bbq sauce, and a few other jams and butters on the truck for sale. Those of you that have been asking I have most at the truck rest will be here wednesday so come out get some great food and take home some delicious bbq sauce. Here till 9 cone hang listen to the tunes and best part you can get some sun without fighting beach traffic.
